Classify an article’s framing rather than assigning a permanent label to its outlet. Publish the rubric, reasoning, and confidence.

Treat uncertainty as a product state. Mark low-confidence classifications as disputed instead of hiding ambiguity.

Instrument inference cost and use a local Portuguese model to pre-filter non-political articles. Evaluate leakage before optimizing savings.
